Job Description: Mid West Regional Sales Director

With an emphasis on their innovative Live Lawyer™ Video Conferencing and Find A Lawyer systems, E-Legal World™ assists law firms and attorneys in building their client base, as well as enabling them to manage existing clients more effectively.

E-Legal World™ is positioned to become the #1 provider of secure video conferencing, client management (CMS) and client acquistion solutions for legal professionals. E-Legal World™ is a pioneer and soon to be market leader in the online legal tech industry. Our secure video conferencing, client acquisition and client management systems, as well as translation and web site solutions, are already available world-wide in 10 languages.

E-Legal World™ is currently seeking Regional Sales Directors. This position, reporting to the National Sales Director, will provide strategic direction and oversight for specific E-Legal World™ regional sales forces.

This position will work independently from any location in the region, which includes: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.

Key responsibilities of this senior position include:

- Utilize your online marketing knowledge to drive new customer acquisition and retention for E-Legal World™

* Hire outside sales executives within assigned region

* Train outside sales executives within assigned region

* Manage large sales force of local Marketing Representatives

* Manage and extend current client base

* Develop effective regional marketing strategies on and off-line

Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree required

* M.B.A. preferred

* 10+ years of demonstrated broad business experience required

* Experience in a new business start-up or other entrepreneurial endeavors is a plus

* Experience in the legal field is a plus

* Demonstrated experience developing advanced metrics and reporting for business

* 3+ years people management experience

* Prior sales experience required

Knowledge and Skills

* Excellent analytical skills, plus thorough knowledge of strategic analysis and financial evaluation techniques

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* High degree of confidence and tenacity

* Outstanding oral and written communication skills

* Ability to work well independently and with others throughout the E-Legal World™ organization

* Extremely organized, excellent project management skills

* Comfortable in a rapidly changing, multi-tasking environment

* Ability to work extended hours and travel on occasion
